Struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief or challenging life-transitions? Individual therapy might be the place for you. Most of us experience being stuck at some point. We struggle with not knowing what to do, or where to turn. Individual therapy is about developing self-awareness, solving problems, and unlocking your untapped potential. Life can be overwhelming but mastering a healthy response doesn’t have to be complicated. The strategies used during counseling will be determined by your specific goals and personality type.

Goals of individual counseling can include:

  • Fundamental changes in the way you think and feel

  • Coping effectively with stress and worry

  • Overcoming depression and grief

  • Improving your social skills and your ability to connect to others

  • Improving self-care to become physically healthier
